Tampines Pizza Hut.
If you had read my previous post, yes, this post is gonna be related to that!
This blog post will be a total rant/complain about the BAD SERVICE in Tampines' Pizza Hut outlet.
So this shall be a little recap of the day me and my friends went to Tampines's Pizza Hut.
Like i said, i've post here the other day about going to Pizza hut for dinner and if you have read,
I wrote about the wrong order and the guy's service.
So this is what happened AFTER that dinner.
We were obviously upset about the wrong order thing because there were 7 of us and i didnt want to order more because of my budget (student here, not working yo.) And there were only 8 slices, 4 of us were guys.
And we knew that stuffed crust would be more filling and hence we ordered that instead!

So after i went home, i went to Pizza Hut's website and sent them a feedback.
Yes i know, im like Kiasu la, BUT i didnt know they would read those feedback as i think most shops just didnt care about those~
So here's the good thing about Pizza Hut:
THEY DO READ THE FEEDBACKS!
Apparently, i wrote about the wrong order and also said that there were like no squids LOL
And they had to include name, address, phone no. and email.
So i wrote to them and yesterday, around 3+pm (?), i received a call from Pizza Hut.
How efficient right? :D
The lady, i forgot her name, said she was from Tampines' Pizza Hut and read my feedback.
Then she asked me for the date and also asked if i remembered the person who took the wrong order.
And i told the lady it was on monday and said it was a guy.
You see? I didnt say the waiter name beause i didnt want to point finers at him and afraid that my action would like cause him to lose his job or something.
BUT I DO REMEMBER HIS NAME OKAY,
i even blogged his name on that day after i went home (refer to about pic again)
His name is ANDY.
I do remember okay.
So the lady told me that she was sorry and apologized for that service.
Then she told me that Pizza hut will be giving me a FREE Regular Stuffed crust ocean catch pizza.
Obviously im happy and glad about this service la!
After that she asked if i had any more feedback and i told her that i was REALLY GLAD that they took the initiative to call me and give me a free pizza.
After that she gave me her no. and told me to sms her when im picking up my free pizza.
So after that, i went to Tampines with K to collect my pizza!
Before that, i text the manager (i supposed) that i'll be collecting at 5.30pm.
At 5.30pm, we went to the counter near the entrance and i told the manager (i supposed again since she's wearing black) my name and say im here to collect the pizza.
Damn embarrassing to collect free things. -.- but i have to collect it because i deserve it!
So she checked for a moment and told us to wait for 2 mins.
And then, there was that waitress who took picture for us in the previous post. She was there too and probably recognized us.
There was like a bunch on waiters/waitress at the counter and she shouted over to us: 'YOU 2 WANT SOME DRINKS?'
Like bloody hell? We are 17 year old teenagers and can totally differentiate between sincerity and sarcasm.
She purposely shouted over to embarrass us la -.-
But of course, we just smiled and said no thanks. Who knows maybe you might spit into our water.
So me and K were just standing outside and waiting. Suddenly, the woman who offered us drinks start talking in filipino language with another waitress in the counter. And like for the rest of the time we were standing there, the waitress in the counter kept looking at us and giving that annoying face.
LIKE WHAT THE HELL?
And thats not the end, after a while the ANDY guy appeared and saw us.
After catching a glimpse of the 2 of us, he hurriedly turn and walked away.
THEN...
you know there is a super long and big mirror along the wall in pizza hut right?
we could see him standing there with 2 other waiters/waitress.
AND YOU KNOW WHAT..
HE WAS TALKING TO THE 2 OF THEM AND OUT OF A SUDDEN..
HE POINTED AT US.
WTF?!
After a while the 2 waiters left and he was standing alone inside.
And you know what he did?
HE STARED AT US THROUGH THE MIRROR.
We literally stared at each other for like freaking 30s or more.
WHAT KIND OF ATTITUDE IS THAT?
IT'S YOUR FAULT THAT YOU ORDERED WRONGLY AND NOW YOU ARE STARING AT US BECAUSE YOU CAUSED YOUR OWN TROUBLE?!
And that's not the end.
After a while, the manager came back with my pizza and opened up the box and MADE ME CHECKED IF IT WAS CORRECT.
Say it's Woman Sixth Sense or what but we can totally feel like she's mocking us.
I just smiled and said yeah and she handed me the pizza over the counter.
And as i took the pizza, THE LADY WHO OFFERED THE WATER, YES HER AGAIN, FREAKIN SHOUTED OUT LOUD 'THANK YOU!'
and like once again, we are not small naive kids you know, WE CAN TOTALLY HEAR THAT IT IS FREAKING SARCASM.
And the waitress at the counter was still giving us a body check and stare at us.
LIKE WTF, WHO THE HELL ARE YOU?!
This part a bit bhb and im not saying im cool or what but,
after i took the pizza, i told the manager:
'I know they are not happy right?
Your service is really bad you know?
Im probably not ever gonna come back here to eat anymore. :)'
LIKE DAMN PISSED OMG.
They think that by doing all those immature and stupid acts to us means they had won or something.
Pur leaaseeeee! We're not dropping this matter here man!
And to think that i even stopped myself from saying out his name, when the manager called, because of my kindness. But this was what i get, GETTING GOSSIPED AND STARED BY MORE WAITERS AND WAITRESS.
What kind of service is this?
And i freaking paid $14++ for GST the other day.
Oh and by the way, all those who stared at us or gossiped bout us (including the manager) were Filipinos.
IM AM NOT BEING RACIST AND COUNTRYCIST HERE.
In fact, i do have filipino friends and they are super friendly, kind, thoughtful and awesome.
Especially JILLION JOY, a friend of mine in my sec sch days.
And she is pure filipino and she just gave me the impression that Filipinos are friendly people.
And this have to happen. They are making me judge them okay.
WORST SERVICE EVER.
So people, think twice before you go to TAMPINES PIZZA HUT!
I dont know about other pizza hut but the one at TAMPINES, HAVE REALLY BAD SERVICE.
The next time i crave for pizza, i'll probably go to other outlets or ask for delivery or just to be safe, GO TO OTHER PIZZA SHOPS.
So that's all.
Im thinking if i should sent another email/feedback to Pizza Hut about their shitty service in their tampines outlet. But im kinda afraid that they will give me more free pizza and i have to go back to that stupid place to collect them.
And im not that free also okay -.-
